21+ Years

"de sozialen Aspekt duerch de Scoutsgeescht steet am Mëttelpunkt"

Every scout over the age of 21 is a Tembo. At the same time, they may also serve as a leader or person responsible for another section.

The Tembo organize themselves as a stamm (Tembo group). Most often, a stamm is formed by Tembo from the same scout group. The stamm is autonomous, independent, and organizes its own programme. Within the Tembo, there are no longer any leaders; there is only a Tembo coordinator.

The Tembo are both a support structure for their scout group and a section with its own projects and programme.

In this section, the social dimension, driven by the scout spirit, takes centre stage and enriches the group through many years of scouting experience.

Through volunteering, continuous training, and the ongoing development of skills and competencies, the Tembo guide younger scouts and lend them a helping hand.

Furthermore, they form a network that extends across different groups, where exchange and community are at the forefront.
