Assistant Unit chef

Be 16 or above at the beginning of the Scout year (01/09)

First Cycle of leaders’ training – 150 hours in total - B Certificate (SNJ – Service National de la Jeunesse, National Youth Service)

  • Bosses & Bobos

  • Core training

  • Specific training (according to branch)

Condition: must be involved as a leader in a branch

Unit chef

Be 17 or above at the beginning of the Scout year (01/09)

Second Cycle of leaders’ training – 150 hours in total – C Certificate (SNJ)

  • Core training

  • Specific training (according to branch)

  • Federal activity

Condition: must be involved as a leader in a branch and must have successfully completed the training to become Assistant Unit Leader
