Auris - What is it?
Auris is an anonymous email exchange.
You can write in about anything that's bothering you. On the other end, there are young people who are about the same age as you, understand your concerns, and take them seriously. They respond to your messages, and together, you exchange ideas and consider ways to help you. Note: Auris is not a substitute for therapy!
When should I write to AURIS?
Do you have worries, fears, or feelings that burden your everyday life? You don't have to deal with them alone! Write down everything that's on your mind. We're here to listen to you and work with you to figure out how to deal with these concerns. And the best part: It's anonymous and on an equal footing.
